"The Lions children absolutely loved their yoga session, which felt like stepping into a storybook together. From the very beginning, they were fully immersed in the story, listening carefully as it unfolded and using their imaginations to bring it to life with their session lead. As the tale progressed, the children eagerly acted out different parts, becoming characters through movement and expression. They stretched their bodies in playful and purposeful ways, exploring balance, strength, and flexibility while staying engaged with the story. Toward the end, the atmosphere gently shifted as everyone slowed down, taking time to relax, breathe, and rest their bodies, enjoying a calm and peaceful moment together. The session finished beautifully with the children working as a team to tidy up the yoga mats, showing cooperation, responsibility, and care for their shared space. We look forward to @alori_yoga next week"
