What an Alori after school yoga club looks like

A typical 45-minute session begins with children gathering in a warm, friendly circle. From there they're swept into a story — a jungle adventure, an underwater journey, a mountain expedition — and yoga shapes appear naturally along the way. Frog jumps for crossing the river. Mountain pose for the climb. Snake breathing for sneaking past the tigers.

Children burn off the day's energy in a focused, safe way, then wind down with guided breathing and a short relaxation. By the time parents arrive at pickup, children are calm, settled, and quietly proud of themselves.

There's no pressure to "be good at yoga." Just space to move, breathe and laugh.

    Sessions by age group

    EYFS yoga club

    Ages 3–5

30-minute sessions of song-led yoga, animal poses and short breathing games. Perfect for nursery and Reception after-school provision where attention spans are shorter and energy is higher.

    KS1 yoga club

    Ages 5–7

40-minute sessions that build on story-led yoga with simple mindfulness exercises, partner poses and the beginnings of breath awareness. A favourite block for schools wanting to support emotional regulation in younger juniors.

    KS2 yoga club

    Ages 7–11

45-minute sessions introducing breathing techniques for focus and exam stress, sequenced flows and longer guided relaxations. Especially valuable for Year 6 children navigating SATs and the transition to secondary school.

How an after school yoga club fits your school day

Most clubs run 3.15pm–4.00pm or 3.30pm–4.15pm, finishing precisely at standard pickup time. We arrive 20 minutes early to set up the space and greet children as they finish their school day. Sessions work in the hall, library, or any clear classroom — anywhere with enough floor space for the cohort to stretch out.

We leave the space exactly as we found it. Tables back, chairs restacked, mats rolled away. Nothing for caretakers or staff to clear up.

Book an after school yoga club for your school

We're currently taking bookings for the next term. Blocks run for 6 or 12 weeks with one session per week. Pricing is per-block, per-school, with both PTA-funded and parent-funded options available.

Many schools start with a 6-week PTA-funded pilot before moving to a parent-paid model. Whichever route suits, we invoice the school directly.
