The heart behind Alori Yoga
Hello, I'm Laura
Laura is a Solihull-based children's yoga teacher and the founder of Alori Yoga. A mum of two boys — Arlo and Riven, the inspiration behind the name Alori — Laura came to yoga just before the pandemic and hasn't looked back since.
She is DBS checked, fully insured, and trained in children's yoga. Laura's sessions are story-led, inclusive, and designed to help children build calm, focus, and confidence — whether in a nursery, a school, or at a birthday party.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothing they can move freely in. Leggings, joggers, or shorts and a t-shirt are perfect. No shoes needed!
Do we need to bring a mat?
I provide all mats and props for schools and parties. For home sessions, bringing your own mat is encouraged for hygiene, but spares are available.
Is previous experience necessary?
Not at all. Sessions are beginner-friendly and focus on exploration rather than perfect poses.
